As our Fridays tend to go, Jeff surprised us with some wonderful Pozole Rojo (Bourlo). Full of spice that makes everything nice, the soup had soft pork roast and boiled/ground red chiles. Needless to say, the delicious pozole warmed our souls on a cool January day. Mixed with some chips and cayenne it will make you sweat (in a good way!). Gotta love Foodie Friday’s at Campbell!
